Our Schools

Academic Excellence Since 1973

Founded in 1973, Lebanon Christian Schools has been committed to graduating highly skilled leaders that can and will affect their worlds for Christ. We are proud to stand upon our effectiveness, as we observe our former students participating in all levels of society: including military, medicine, engineering, entrepreneurship, and government. We are committed to expanding our reach in the areas of academic excellence, leadership, critical thinking, and entrepreneurship by exposing our students to community, business, and government leaders through lecture and internships at the High School level.

When compared in normative testing, our students consistently score 10-20 points higher than the average. All academic efforts are meant to prepare our students for successful testing in ACT and SAT environments.

STEAM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.  The purpose of STEAM lab is to give students the opportunity to have a hands on learning experience with a multidisciplinary approach.  Each time students come to lab, they work on a project that incorporates at least two of the subject areas from the STEAM acronym.  In this way, they are exposed to various topics in science and technology, while developing critical math skills and using their creativity.  Students follow the scientific method, incorporating hypotheses and observations into their learning, and use the engineering design process to build and improve projects. In this way, children develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.  Most STEAM lab activities are completed in groups of 3-4 students in order to develop teamwork skills necessary in the workplace.
