K-12 Steps To Enroll

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the admissions area of Lebanon Christian Schools. We are honored that you are considering Lebanon Christian Schools for your children. Step One - Application

The prospective family and student will:

  1. Complete the application form.
  2. If student has previously attended another school, provide applicable forms/information to LCS.
  3. Provide the application fee.
  4. Arrange for campus tour and/or student shadowing.

Step Two - Interview

  1. Meet with the admissions committee
  2. Conduct grade level equivalent assessments.

Step Three - Enrollment

After acceptance, the following will then be required to complete the enrollment process.

  1. Complete enrollment form.
  2. Complete records release form if student has previously attended another school.
  3. Complete medical form/student health history and provide up to date immunization records.
  4. Provide copy of birth certificate.
  5. Complete appropriate student transportation form. (Available here)

Final Step

Enrollment is complete once the financial contract is signed and submitted to LCS.

Students entering all grades will be contacted by the school regarding important dates for orientation , teacher assignments, supply lists, etc.
