LCS students meet weekly for PE. Over the course of the school year, we learn the fundamentals of many team sports such as basketball, soccer, kickball, dodge ball, volleyball and softball. We also learn individual sports, and we play frequent recreational games such as capture the flag, variations of tag, and other exercise-related games. The goals of the class are to promote a healthy lifestyle, build self-confidence and teamwork skills, to have a positive and enjoyable class, and to always provide a platform for learning Christian character.
