Enrollment Process:
1) Browse this web site to learn more about the LCS education program and philosophy.

2) Attend our Open House Thursday, March 15th at 7:00 PM.

3) Obtain an Application:

• Download an Application here.
• Pick up an Application at the school.
• Contact the school at 513-932-5590 or at lcsoffice@ccc-lcs.org to request an Application.

4) Complete Application and send with non-refundable fee to:

New student Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please include your LCS Family Referral Form (if applicable) to insure that your LCS referring family receives their discount. Contact the school office to obtain the form.

5) Assessment will be conducted for new students entering grades K-8.

Re-enrollment Process:
1) Re-enrollment forms will be sent home with students. Downloadable forms will also be available from the web site.

2) Complete forms and submit with non-refundable fee to:

3) Don’t forget to refer a new student to LCS for a discount off your tuition! New students must turn in a Referral Form (available at the office) with their application in order for you to receive a discount.
